Insights on Atlantis, Past Lives,
Angelic Beings of Light and Spiritual Awakening

You would think that after being told that I would have to tell the story of my part in the fall of Atlantis, I would have just shelved the whole writing project. But, I still wanted to be thin.

I decided to continue. However, the next time I entered Lynn’s office, I was full of dread. Lynn and I had put off delving into my Atlantean life for almost a month, but I felt as though I had put of Atlantis for most of my adult life. It was time to truly confront it. What would I find?

This session had a pinkish-mauve color. Whenever I’d look for a lifetime in a past life regression, I’d see something that looked like a file drawer among an endless wall of file drawers. I assumed the file drawers represented all the entities connected with the Earth. I’d float to one. It would be mine. It would open. In it I’d see different colors of tissue paper arranged like files. They would represent my different lifetimes. They are mainly blues, pinks, mauves, and purples. The tissues would ruffle as if a breeze rippled through the colored papers. Then my attention would stop on one, the lifetime we’d be looking for. In this case it was a pinkish-mauve color.

Then I would usually see only black, and out of that would begin either a feeling or some other sense impression, often some-thing I would see—in this case, a spider.

The spider stood motionless in a round room, its long black legs and white body forming a high inner dome within a chamber. It stood in the middle of a room surrounded by windows. The domed ceiling above the spider reminded me of our present-day optical telescopes used for observing stars.

Today, because we use machines such as telescopes and computers to accomplish work, we assume that machines would have been used in Atlantis as well. However, I was soon to discover that our lives in Atlantis were very different from what they are today.

As I examined the scene, there was no doubt that an actual spider had some kind of important function in this domed Atlantean tower—a large white-segmented spider with long black legs. And it was huge, almost filling the room, or else the room was as small as a spider!

In the center of the room, directly below the body of the spider and in the middle of the circular floor, crouched a green frog-like being on a platform. Dark hair covered his (or her) wide head, falling over his forehead. His wide-set, almond-shaped eyes flitted about and then stared as he concentrated. Long frog legs buckled and stretched as the little being swayed with the intensity of his work.

As I tried to comprehend the scene before me, I began to have the feeling I was not quite the same kind of person I am today. In fact, I was the pixie-like frog-being. I also noticed that everything in the circular chamber shone with a deep blue light.

I waited, allowing the full meaning of the scene to surface. There was a sense of having to control something. This something was powerful, and it was the frog being’s function to direct it.

And then the full impact of what I was viewing hit me. It was the Crystal. The spider was being used as we would use a machine today—to hold and suspend the great and powerful Crystal that produced the power in Atlantis!

My conscious mind’s ability to comprehend this strange scene was being stretched to its limits. And then:

“My God, my right hand is somehow moving!” I said.
The fingers of my right hand twitched on the arm of the recliner where I lay in Lynn’s office. In the past life memory, the hand was the padded-fingered hand of the frog-being. It moved an egg-shaped ball that floated in indigo light. The light was contained in a white basin which looked like our present-day baptismal font, except that the whole appliance—a white basin containing blue light supporting the egg-shaped ball—floated in air.

The small end of the ball pointed straight up at the Crystal, held in the body of the spider. The large end of the ball floated in the blue light held in the floating basin.

There was a gold stripe around the bottom of the egg-shaped ball and a corresponding gold stripe along the rim of the white basin. The relationship between the gold stripes controlled the Crystal.

“It [the Crystal] is collecting electromagnetic waves,” I said. “And repatterning them out of their random motion into orderly motion.” I saw a grid. “And I know how to manipulate that so that it’s at different frequencies.”
